Invite drivers
Public link
Section titled “Public link”Each league has a unique link. Anyone can follow the standings and league data without an account.
- Open the league.
- Tap Invite drivers.
- Use Copy Link and send it.

You can also share just one season (Invite Drivers, on the season) or just one grid/division (Share Grid/Division). In those cases the link shows a static, read-only version of that item only.

Link your account to the driver
Section titled “Link your account to the driver”When a manager registers a driver’s gamertag, RaceFlow looks for who matches it and shows Drivers found (for example “Strong match” or “Via gamertag”). The driver taps Request Link to access their own data.
The link status shows as Pending and then Linked.

Approve requests
Section titled “Approve requests”Requests live under Notifications:
| Section | What it is |
|---|---|
| Incoming requests | Drivers who asked to link with your league. Use Approve or Reject |
| Pending approvals | Links registered by the manager that are waiting for the driver |
| My requests | Requests you made. Use Cancel request if you changed your mind |
When a driver asks to join a league, they see “Pending approval” until the manager answers.
